Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam seeks a PR & Earned Media Manager to own our earned-media presence and expand coverage of our AI products. You will build relationships with journalists, newsletters, podcasts, creators and other influential voices across AI, technology and the creator ecosystem.

This role emphasizes storytelling, data-driven PR, and proactive pitching over traditional press releases, with significant freedom to experiment and shape narratives.

Competenze

• 2+ years in PR or media with demonstrable earned-media coverage
• Strong understanding of how journalists and media operate
• Experience developing and pitching compelling story angles
• Excellent writing in English for concise pitches and media communications
• Ability to build relationships with journalists, editors, podcasters and creators
• Proactive at pursuing opportunities and adapting quickly
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and the creator ecosystem

• Own the earned-media strategy and accountability for coverage and reach
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters, podcasters and creators across AI and tech
• Pitch proactively with strong story angles around products, launches and data-driven initiatives
• Create newsworthy moments using internal data, experiments and trends
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and leadership to turn launches into stories
• Track coverage, measure reach and backlinks, and refine the PR engine
