Job summary

Prosus is building a portfolio of AI products and seeks a Head of Product Communications to own positioning, narratives, and launches. You will partner with product, AI, and GTM teams to ensure cohesive, market-facing storytelling across press, analysts, customers, and creators.

The role is foundational and requires shaping product communications as a discipline, testing messaging, and scaling the function globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across technology, product development, communications, or marketing.
• Track record of leading product launches or go-to-market narratives.
• Ability to translate complex technology into positioning for non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating at director level and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the positioning and messaging architecture for Prosus AI products.
• Lead the communications side of product launches end to end: narrative, timing, assets, spokespeople.
• Build relationships with journalists, analysts, and operators who shape AI product coverage.
• Stand up product communications as a discipline: playbooks, launch process, metrics, standards.
