Job summary

ING is offering an Engineering Intern role to help build scalable, reusable Power Platform assets. You will craft templates, components, and governance patterns for citizen developers across the organization. The role blends no-code engineering with platform maturity and enterprise-scale thinking.

You will gain hands-on experience with governance, automation, and enterprise Power Platform solutions, mentored by experienced engineers, while working in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Student of Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of application lifecycle management concepts.
• Interest in Low-Code/No-Code technologies and AI capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable Power Apps components.
• Create starter application templates for common business scenarios.
• Develop reusable Power Automate flow templates and patterns.
• Contribute to the Citizen Development Template Library.
• Improve existing CoE assets based on maker feedback.
• Help define and document development standards and best practices.
• Validate reusable assets before publishing.
• Support application lifecycle management activities.
• Document technical implementation guidance for makers.
• Support makers during Business Support Hours by answering questions.
