Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a Senior Engineer for Global Workplace Services to own and operate the Microsoft 365 platform, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and automation capabilities across ING. You will design secure, scalable services, drive governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable productive hybrid work across the enterprise.

You will lead complex incidents, contribute to architecture decisions, and build reusable automation components.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, operating and improving enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 workplace services.
Proven track record leading mission-critical platforms for thousands of users.
Deep expertise in security, risk, compliance and governance for enterprise platforms.
Hands-on engineering across AI, automation and integration patterns.
Experience with automation, observability and platform reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Design, operate and continuously improve Microsoft 365 tenant and platform capabilities.
Translate security and compliance requirements into scalable configurations and guardrails.
Lead engineering decisions and contribute to platform roadmaps.
Develop reusable automation libraries and patterns for deployment and operations.
Engineer and support Copilot, Power Platform connectors and related services.
Ensure secure-by-design principles and least-privilege access across environments.
