The role emphasizes governance over hands-on development, coaching teams, and aligning with the environment strategy and DevOps. This is a hybrid NL-based position with a strong focus on standards and enablement.

Qualifications

• Solid Power Platform knowledge and a good technical foundation.
• Several years of experience working with Power Platform solutions, governance, or platform-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve governance framework for the Power Platform.
• Define and maintain guardrails, standards, and policies.
• Support self-service adoption while ensuring security and compliance.
• Facilitate governance discussions and drive cross-team decisions.
• Guide governance processes and translate decisions into clear guidance.
