Job summary

Vanderlande in Veghel is seeking a Power Platform Governance Specialist to shape how the Power Platform is governed, adopted, and enabled across the organization. You will move from ad-hoc practices to a structured, scalable approach that supports both tight control and broad adoption.

You will design governance frameworks, guardrails, and policies, coach teams, and collaborate with Digital Acceleration, Security, and M365 to translate decisions into clear guidance and practical implementations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with Power Platform solutions, governance, or platform-related initiatives.
• Solid Power Platform knowledge and a good technical foundation.
• Experience with environments, connectors, DLP policies, capacity, tenant settings, or the Power Platform admin center.
• Comfortable working across technical and organizational domains.
• Strong communicator and natural connector.
• Coaching mindset focused on standards, adoption, and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Help bring structure to governance while supporting teams and stakeholders to work effectively together.
• Design and improve governance framework for the Power Platform.
• Define and maintain guardrails, standards, and policies.
• Support self-service adoption while ensuring security and compliance.
• Facilitate governance discussions and drive decision‑making across teams.
• Act as a key contact for Digital Acceleration, Security, and M365 on governance topics.
• Translate decisions into clear guidance for teams.
• Coach teams on governance practices and their purpose.
• Align governance with environment strategy, ALM, and DevOps.
• Support Power Platform administration activities, including environment management, tenant settings, capacity monitoring, connector governance, and admin center follow-up.
• Govern the IT Automation Framework at platform level, not delivery.
• Understand operational pain points and governance bottlenecks to drive scalable improvements.
