Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Power Platform Governance Specialist to shape governance, adoption, and enablement across the platform. You will bridge Platform Teams and Digital Acceleration, focusing on standards, ownership, and scalability rather than pure development.

You will guide governance processes, drive decisions, and help teams work within guardrails to improve security, compliance, and platform stability. A strong communication and coaching mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid Power Platform knowledge and a good technical foundation.
• Several years of experience with Power Platform solutions, governance, or platform initiatives.
• Experience with environments, connectors, DLP policies, capacity, and tenant settings.
• Comfortable working across technical and organizational domains.
• Strong communicator and natural connector.
• Able to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions.
• Coaching mindset focused on standards, adoption, and enablement.
• Technical affinity is important, but not primarily hands-on development.

Responsibilities

• Help bring structure to governance while supporting teams and stakeholders.
• Design and improve governance framework for the Power Platform.
• Define guardrails, standards, and policies; ensure security and compliance.
• Facilitate governance discussions and drive cross-team decisions.
• Coordinate with Digital Acceleration, Security, and M365 on governance topics.
• Translate decisions into clear guidance for teams and coach on governance.
• Align governance with environment strategy, ALM, and DevOps.
• Support platform administration tasks including environments and tenant settings.
• Govern the IT Automation Framework at platform level, not delivery.
