Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a Power Platform Governance Specialist to shape governance, adoption, and enablement across the platform. The role moves from ad-hoc work to structured, scalable governance that supports control and enterprise enablement.

You will bridge Platform Teams and Digital Acceleration, defining standards and guiding governance while enabling collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid Power Platform knowledge and a good technical foundation.
• Several years of experience working with Power Platform solutions, governance, or platform-related initiatives.
• Experience with Power Platform administration topics such as environments, connectors, DLP policies, capacity, tenant settings, or the Power Platform admin center.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain governance framework for the Power Platform.
• Define and maintain guardrails, standards, and policies.
• Support self-service adoption while ensuring security and compliance.
• Facilitate governance discussions and drive decisions across teams.
• Act as a key contact for Digital Acceleration, Security, and M365 on governance topics.
• Translate decisions into clear guidance for teams.
• Coach teams on governance practices and their purpose.
• Align governance with environment strategy, ALM, and DevOps.
• Support Power Platform administration activities, including environment management and capacity monitoring.
• Govern the IT Automation Framework at platform level, not delivery.
