Job summary

ERM is seeking a senior Partner in our Capital Project Delivery practice to drive growth in the Power sector and deliver transformative solutions for energy assets. You will shape market strategy, build high-level client relationships, and lead multi-year programs across the energy transition.

This role offers equity ownership, strategic influence, and a platform to create market-defining impact at a global sustainability consultancy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or the Diversified Energy/Power sectors.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar annual sales and program delivery.
• Established network of senior-level relationships within target sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic client relationships with major energy and power organizations.
• Lead sales and delivery of ERM’s consulting services, focused on capital project development.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to implement go-to-market strategies for decarbonization projects.
• Drive commercial growth through innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire ERM leaders and ensure excellence in project execution and risk management.
