Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a commercially driven partner to accelerate growth in the Netherlands across Private Equity and Financial Services. You will originate opportunities, foster trusted advisor relationships, and lead initiatives spanning ESG, sustainability and value creation for portfolio companies and investors.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in consulting, transaction advisory, sustainability advisory, Private Equity, investment management or related services.
• Proven track record of originating and growing advisory revenues within Private Equity and Financial Services.
• Deep relationships with Private Equity firms, investment funds, operating partners, lenders and portfolio leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to win and expand strategic client relationships.
• Experience advising clients on ESG, EHS, sustainability, value creation and related services.
• Experience working with investors, portfolio companies or financial institutions on operational performance and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted growth strategy for the Private Equity and Financial Services market in the Netherlands.
• Leverage an established network to generate new business opportunities and build senior-level relationships.
• Lead strategic account development and client expansion initiatives to meet ambitious sales targets.
• Advise investors and portfolio companies on sustainability-related risks and opportunities, across the investment lifecycle.
• Position ERM as a trusted advisor through multidisciplinary advisory services across ESG, climate, operational improvement and value creation.
