Job summary

Caldic is seeking a Power BI Expert to support all BI needs for the European region. This role involves developing dashboards, training users, and acting as the main contact for BI teams.

You will train both technical and non-technical users, create intuitive dashboards, and ensure continuous improvement in reporting solutions. Experience in a European working environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and improving dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI for various business users.
• Strong knowledge of DAX for creating business-focused calculations and KPIs.
• Experience delivering training sessions and workshops for technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Create documentation and promote user-friendly dashboards.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
• Gather requirements and improve reporting solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with the global team to implement DAX calculations and KPIs.
