Job summary

NIBC Bank N.V. is seeking an experienced BI Engineer to join the Data & Analytics team. You will drive Power BI solutions, align models with Microsoft Fabric standards, and partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable data products.

You will mentor users, manage dashboards end-to-end, and contribute to governance, security, and CI/CD processes while working in a hybrid environment across the bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in BI engineering or a similar role.
• Expertise in Power BI and data modelling for governance-ready dashboards.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytical requirements.
• Translate requirements into centralized, scalable BI solutions.
• Maintain and improve Power BI across the bank, aligning with Fabric standards.
