Job summary

Adaptfy, Amsterdam, is seeking a Business Intelligence Associate with 3+ years in Power BI to join our data and analytics team. You will build high-quality Power BI reports, translate client needs into technical solutions, and tackle complex data modelling within Azure.

Strong communication skills and experience presenting to executives are crucial. Familiarity with Power Apps/Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric is a plus, and you will thrive in a fast-growing, diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in PowerBI/ BI design and development.
Strong data modelling skills and a good grasp of the Azure environment.
Experience with other BI tools and PowerApps/Power Automate.
Excellent communication — comfortable presenting to executives.
Profound knowledge of the English language.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (nice to have).
Customer-facing experience across functions (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Build Power BI reports that are visually appealing, fast, reliable and easy to use.
Turn client needs into the right technical approach.
Solve technical problems with strong DAX and data modelling.
Prepare and facilitate workshops.
Present your own solutions to executives and stakeholders — clearly and confidently.
