Job summary

Cognizant in the Netherlands is seeking a Power BI Developer to design and deliver enterprise reporting and analytics within a regulated financial services environment.

You will work with Product Owners and Analysts to transform raw data into insights, build data models, and maintain centralized reporting with SSRS/Tableau, leveraging Azure Synapse and Power BI to support regulatory decisions.

Qualifications

Experience building enterprise data models with Star or Snowflake schemas.
Hands-on Azure Synapse Analytics for data solutions development.
Strong Power BI reporting, dashboards, and DAX skills in business-critical environments.
Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience with SSRS and Tableau for centralized reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise data models and reporting solutions.
Build and maintain Azure Synapse Analytics data solutions (ELT, T-SQL).
Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, DAX, and tabular models.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate requirements.
Maintain and support centralized reporting environments including SSRS and Tableau.
