Amsterdam UMC is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to build a mechanistic multiscale model of lymph-node immune responses, combining agent-based modelling and differential equations to represent T-cell activation, motility, cell interactions, signalling and chemokine dynamics.

The project will leverage single-cell omics and the ENCORE framework for development and validation, with a two-year, full-time appointment and potential extension.

Qualifications

• PhD in computational science or closely related field with postdoctoral experience.
• Strong experience with agent-based modelling and differential-equation models required.
• Computational work in immunology, systems biology or multiscale modelling is highly relevant.
