Job summary

Amsterdam UMC is seeking a postdoctoral researcher in imaging genetics to coordinate data access across ENIGMA-EEG cohorts and to develop projects spanning genetics, EEG and mental health.

You will analyze large-scale datasets, publish findings and contribute to standardized EEG workflows while collaborating with international partners.

The role offers opportunities for professional development within a multidisciplinary team, based in Amsterdam and connected to a global network.

Qualifications

• You have a PhD in imaging genetics or a related field and a strong interest in genetic and EEG research.
• You have experience with data analysis using scripting languages such as Python and/or R.
• You have strong English written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating data access and integration across ENIGMA-EEG cohorts.
• Developing research projects with international consortium members.
• Conducting meta-analyses of genetic and EEG data and contributing to publications.
• Developing standardized EEG analysis workflows and protocols.
