Job summary

Amsterdam UMC Research BV invites a postdoctoral researcher in imaging genetics to coordinate data access across ENIGMA-EEG cohorts and develop collaborative projects with international partners.

You will conduct meta-analyses of genetic and EEG data, translate findings into publications, and help standardise EEG workflows across sites while advancing neurodevelopment research and brain function understanding.

Qualifications

• PhD in imaging genetics or related field.
• Experience with data analysis using Bash, Python or R.
• Experience in genetic or physiological data analysis; experience in both is an advantage.
• Experience implementing neural networks is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data access and integration across ENIGMA-EEG cohorts.
• Develop research projects with international consortium members.
• Conduct meta-analyses of genetic and EEG data and contribute to publications.
• Develop and implement standardised EEG analysis workflows.
• Present findings at scientific conferences and collaborate across sites.
