Responsibilities include staff training, daily operations management (POS, stock, pricing), and maintaining visual standards. Fluency in Dutch and English, flexibility for nights/weekends, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with preference for store leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in local language and English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Detail-oriented with proactive approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to meet and exceed sales and service metrics.
• Build relationships with customers, team, and community.
• Oversee daily store operations: POS, stock, pricing, markdowns.
• Coordinate tasks, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate across departments including product knowledge and visual presentation.
• Ensure asset protection policies and inventory control.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards.
