Job summary

Dr. Martens Roermond Outlet is seeking an engaging Assistant Store Manager to lead a diverse team and deliver outstanding commercial results on the shop floor. You will drive performance, develop others, and ensure the store runs smoothly during peak trading periods.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to make commercial decisions, manage health and safety, and maintain exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards in a busy outlet environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to balance customer experience, operations and performance.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day store operations and team coaching.
• Cover store and team in Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure health, safety and security within the store.
• Aim for KPI targets (Sales/CR/UPT) in line with budget.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and product knowledge.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries, and loss prevention.
