Job summary

Sonion NL in Hoofddorp is offering an internship with the Project Management Office (PMO) to join cross-functional teams. You will interact with project data, develop reporting and portfolio views, and gain hands-on experience in complex product-development programs across locations.

Starting February 2027 for 5–6 months, the internship provides an €605 monthly allowance, workspace on-site, and travel if needed. You will work with a supportive team to deliver practical, decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Data/Business Analytics, or a related technical or business discipline.
Analytical and structured, with an interest in understanding how complex organizations deliver projects.
Comfortable working with data and structuring complex information.
Familiarity with Excel and/or data-analysis and visualization tools; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand PMO processes, project information and business needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders across functions to collect, analyze and structure information.
Develop, test and improve reporting, portfolio-planning and/or resource-planning approaches and tools.
Analyze project and portfolio information to identify dependencies, constraints, risks and attention areas.
