Job summary

Accenture Industry X is seeking PLM and Engineering consultants to help clients transform R&D, Engineering and NPD capabilities. You will advise on PLM strategies, design end-to-end processes, and translate requirements into scalable solutions for complex, multi-industry projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, consulting, and delivery leadership, contributing to business transformation programs and technology implementations in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PLM, Engineering, R&D, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience with Engineering, Product Development, or NPD processes.
• Knowledge of leading PLM/Engineering platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, SAP IPD, Centric Software, or similar.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Fluent English language skills, Netherlands relocation or residence.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on Engineering, PLM, and Digital Transformation strategies.
• Designing and improving end-to-end R&D, Engineering, and NPD processes.
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solution designs.
• Supporting solution architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives using PLM and Engineering technologies.
• Staying up to date with market innovations and helping clients adopt new capabilities.
