Job summary

Accenture’s Industry X unit seeks a PLM & Engineering Consultant to drive digital transformation across engineering and product development. You will blend strategy with hands-on delivery, guiding R&D, NPD, and manufacturing initiatives from ideation through deployment.

You’ll work with leaders and engineers to design end-to-end PLM/engineering solutions, define architectures, and manage stakeholders across projects. A strong background in PLM and MBSE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering PLM, Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience in roles such as Consultant, Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, Technical SME, Integration Lead, Release Manager, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives within Engineering, Product Development, and R&D organizations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and design end-to-end PLM and Engineering solutions.
• Define solution architectures, functional designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Work across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, design, build, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Advise clients on Engineering best practices including PLM, NPD, MBSE, Requirements Management, and ALM.
• Support proposal development, project estimations, solution planning, and stakeholder management activities.
• Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and inspire clients with the latest developments from leading PLM and Engineering software vendors.
