Job summary

Accenture Industry X is seeking PLM and Engineering consultants to help clients transform R&D, Engineering and NPD capabilities. You will advise on PLM strategies, design end-to-end processes, and translate requirements into scalable solutions for complex, multi-industry projects.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, consulting, and delivery leadership, contributing to business transformation programs and technology implementations in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PLM, Engineering, R&D, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience with Engineering, Product Development, or NPD processes.
• Knowledge of leading PLM/Engineering platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, SAP IPD, Centric Software, or similar.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Fluent English language skills, Netherlands relocation or residence.

The work

As a PLM & Engineering Consultant / Solution Lead, you will help clients transform their R&D, Engineering, and New Product Development (NPD) capabilities.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Advising clients on Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Digital Transformation strategies.

• Designing and improving end-to-end R&D, Engineering, and NPD processes from ideation to industrialization and end-of-life.

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solution designs.

Qualification

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering, R&D, or Digital Transformation projects.

• Experience working with Engineering, Product Development, or New Product Development (NPD) processes.

• Knowledge of industry-leading PLM and Engineering platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, SAP IPD, Centric Software, or similar solutions.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in project environments using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Fluent English language skills.

• Currently living in, or willing to relocate to, the Netherlands.

Bonus points if you have

• Fluency in Dutch.

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Mendix, Polarion, OpCenter, SAP PLM, SAP IPD, or Centric Software solutions.

• Experience in digital transformation, process design, solution architecture, or implementation projects.

• Experience leading teams, workstreams, or client stakeholders.

• Scrum Master certification or Agile delivery experience.
