Job summary

Accenture NL is seeking a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Engineering Consultant to bridge strategy and technology across R&D, Engineering, and New Product Development. You will guide ideation, process design, and deployment of leading PLM platforms for customers in diverse industries.

You will lead end-to-end PLM projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, delivering architecture, designs, and implementation roadmaps while advancing MBSE, NPD, and ALM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology, Product Development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering PLM, Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience with Engineering, R&D, Product Development, or NPD processes.
• Roles: Consultant, Delivery Lead, Solution Architect, Technical SME, Integration Lead, Release Manager, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives within Engineering, Product Development, and R&D.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and design end-to-end PLM and Engineering solutions.
• Define solution architectures, functional designs, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Work across the full project lifecycle, including strategy, design, build, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Advise clients on PLM best practices including MBSE, NPD, ALM, and Requirements Management.
• Support proposal development, project estimations, solution planning, and stakeholder management.
