Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Manufacturing Manager to guide global clients in transforming production operations using SAP S/4HANA and digital capabilities. You will lead end-to-end implementations, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure value delivery across industries such as automotive and life sciences.

You will work with stakeholders to embed predictive maintenance, digital twins, and MES integrations, driving innovation while maintaining program quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or related fields.
• 8+ years delivering SAP Manufacturing or Production Planning (SAP PP) solutions, ideally including S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end shop floor processes (e.g., production execution, MRP, quality, maintenance, integration with MES).

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into SAP Manufacturing solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage end-to-end SAP Manufacturing implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, mitigating risks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure team activities are structured, documented, and aligned to scope and process standards.
• Lead and mentor diverse, multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Communicate complex ideas in a structured, accessible manner with clear visuals and concise storytelling.
