I am looking for experienced Dutch-fluent software engineers proficient in industrial automation interested in joining my client in Nijmegen, Netherlands.

My client is a well-established company specializing in developing and improving electrification and automation solutions in the maritime and industrial sectors.

As a Software Engineer, you will design, build, and commission smart control solutions, working from the office and on customer sites to bring complex systems to life.

You will:

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and implement control software for diverse industrial electrical installations.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions within PLC and SCADA environments.
• Develop and test PLC/SCADA applications (e.g., Siemens, Schneider).
• Execute functional tests in-house and at customer locations.
• Commission software on-site together with customers and your project team.
• Contribute to the evolution of team standards, libraries, and internal toolsets.
• Keep your knowledge current and share insights to raise the bar across the team.
