Job summary

CG Controls Ltd. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced professional to define user requirements for OEM PLC/SCADA systems, review design documentation, and partner with site teams to scope changes.

You will follow the SDLC to implement updates, covering RS updates, RTM change control, and testing. You will educate local project teams on automation standards, liaise with IT and Vendors, and ensure secure, standards-aligned implementations across the full automation scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP manufacturing and PLC/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and LEAN/Sigma principles.
• Ability to analyze business problems and define technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write user requirements for OEM PLC/SCADA systems
• Review and approve design documentation
• Partner with site teams to scope changes on OEM PLC/SCADA
• Follow SDLC to implement changes across RS updates and testing
• Use and update development system as needed
• Educate teams on automation standards and SDLC
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on delivery of PLC/SCADA
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SDLC and LEAN principles
• Facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to analyze problems and propose solutions
• Experience commissioning PLC at GMP site
