Job summary

CG Controls Ltd. in the Netherlands seeks an experienced professional to define user requirements for OEM PLC/SCADA systems, review design documentation, and partner with site teams to scope changes.

You will follow the SDLC to implement updates, covering RS updates, RTM change control, and testing. You will educate local project teams on automation standards, liaise with IT and Vendors, and ensure secure, standards-aligned implementations across the full automation scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP manufacturing and PLC/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and LEAN/Sigma principles.
• Ability to analyze business problems and define technical solutions.

Job description

• Write User requirements for OEM PLC/SCADA System
• Review and Approve related Design Documentation.
• Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the OEM PLC/SCADA System
• Follow the SDLC Procedure to implement changes (covering RS updates, RTM Change control, Implementation and test)
• Use and update of development system if required
• Educate local project teams on automation standards as they relate to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments and business processes.
• Partner with internal departments ensuring standard and secure implementation in line with standards
• Work closely with the teams responsible for the full Automation and IT scope and with vendors / partners with responsibility for delivery of PLC/SCADA Element of OEM Systems.
• Excellent understanding of cGMP's, SDLC methodologies and LEAN/MPS/ Sigma principles. Excellent facilitation, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential
• Experience in the commissioning of PLC site at a GMP manufacturing site
