Tribe Engineering seeks a PLC Engineer to independently develop, test and commission industrial automation software. You will design PLC programs, configure HMI interfaces and integrate systems with drives, sensors and networks.
Travel for commissioning at customer sites in the Netherlands and abroad is part of the role; you will collaborate with electrical engineers and project teams and maintain documentation throughout the software lifecycle.
Build the intelligence behind industrial technology. Behind every reliable automated installation is software that needs to work exactly as intended. At Tribe Engineering, we develop, modify and commission industrial control systems for technically demanding projects. As a PLC Engineer, you'll turn functional requirements into reliable automation software and work closely with engineers who understand both the programming and the practical side of industrial technology. You'll have the freedom to take ownership of your work, solve technical challenges and see your software perform in real operating environments.

Good people. Real projects. Your kind of team.
Software is only successful when the system performs.
At Tribe Engineering, we believe good automation engineering requires more than writing clean code. It requires understanding the machinery, the process and the people who depend on the installation.
You’ll work alongside engineers who enjoy technical challenges and take pride in delivering solutions that work.
We value initiative, clear communication and the ability to solve problems without unnecessary complexity.
Different projects will challenge you in different ways. That's how we keep developing.
Inspired by the fear of being average.
Ready to take ownership of challenging automation projects?
NO MYSTERY. NO CORPORATE MAZE.
Seven steps. Real conversations. Zero unnecessary hoops.
Some steps may vary depending on the role. The trial day is optional. We'll always tell you what's next.
Forget the perfect cover letter. We'd rather meet the person behind the skills.
