Job summary

Wellis in Rotterdam is building a healthtech platform and is looking for an infrastructure, security, and platform engineer who can own provisioning, security, and onboarding processes. You will implement portable infrastructure across clouds and automate end-to-end deployment and access workflows.

The role emphasizes agentic AI-driven tooling, strong CI/CD ownership, and building an observable and secure platform for scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Infrastructure as code: Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu, or equivalent.
• Cloud exposure with portability across providers; container tooling (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD ownership and pipeline maintenance.
• Security fundamentals: IAM, access control, secrets management, data protection.
• Agentic AI tooling usage (Claude Code, Cursor, Pi, opencode).
• Experience with migration and safeguarding production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define provider-agnostic infrastructure as code for portability across clouds.
• Own CI/CD pipelines from merge to production with automation and guardrails.
• Build observability, metrics, logs, tracing, uptime, and on-call readiness.
