Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Project Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to drive successful customer implementations from onboarding to go-live. You will coordinate across internal and external teams, manage timelines, and guide customers on best practices to ensure a smooth rollout.

This hands-on role focuses on operational execution, learning, and development, building a foundation in project delivery and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience setting up and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in payments industry or a technical background is a plus.
• Familiarity with API-first SaaS, third‑party software integrations, hardware roll-outs, and/or technical data flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with customer project and technical teams to drive smooth implementations.
• Guide customers on implementation best practices and decisions throughout rollout.
• Lead customer meetings with clear objectives, actions, and ownership.
• Identify and troubleshoot blockers, coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Support handovers into business-as-usual operations after go-live.
