Insify is building a modular insurance platform in Europe, led by a strong Insurance Platform team. You will shape how the platform handles future products and markets, working on live policies and real customers, with end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management and operational tooling.

We value designers and engineers who can drive platform abstractions, embrace AI in daily work, and collaborate across product and engineering to scale across multiple countries and products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex web applications and services.
• Ownership & impact instinct – go beyond your stack to get results.
• You leverage AI in daily work and can explain its effect.
• Strong fundamentals in domain-driven design and service oriented architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take technical leadership within the Insurance Platform team, owning the wider picture and operational health.
• Turn new product demands into platform capabilities that scale across countries and insurance product lines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design reusable platform abstractions and end-to-end workflows.
