Kyndryl Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and evolve our enterprise Internal Developer Platform (IDP) with a strong focus on infrastructure self-service and reusable patterns.

You will enable engineering enablement across teams by delivering self-service capabilities and governance-driven platform components. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with Backstage, Azure, Terraform, Bicep, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, and enjoy turning complex infrastructure into

Qualifications

Design and implement reusable infrastructure patterns, golden paths and self-service capabilities for application teams.
Hands-on expertise with Backstage, including Software Catalog, templates, scaffolding and platform integrations.
Build self-service infrastructure capabilities that enable teams to provision and manage cloud resources through standardized platform patterns.
Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules, blueprints and platform components with governance and guardrails.

Responsibilities

Design and implement reusable infrastructure patterns and self-service capabilities for application teams.
Build and maintain Backstage integrations and templates for platform adoption.
Create scalable infrastructure provisioning workflows using Terraform, Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
Develop governance and guardrails for infrastructure platforms and patterns.
Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to convert requirements into self-service offerings.
Establish standardized platform patterns and reference architectures for IDP consumption.
