Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking an experienced Training and Development professional to coordinate plant-wide Skills Management activities, mentor local trainers, and ensure consistent application of training standards across the site. You will act as local administrator and key user of the AG% system, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.

Qualifications

• University degree in Education, Manufacturing, Adult Learning, Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience in training, learning & development within manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of skills assessment methods and maintenance of training documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant-wide training and mentoring programs.
• Act as local administrator for the Skills Management IT system (AG%).
• Plan, organize, and deliver on-the-job and classroom training.
• Monitor skills assessments and report progress to stakeholders.
• Promote capability building via internal communications and inductions.
