Job summary

• Experience leading a small research team to deliver timely analyses.
• Ability to coordinate activities in a laboratory and greenhouse setting.
• High accuracy and a quality-focused way of working.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support four research assistants on a daily basis.
• Prepare and monitor the weekly planning.
• Coordinate analyses and research activities in lab and greenhouse.
• Review, assess and report research results.
• Maintain contacts with certified companies and external laboratories.
• Ensure efficient, high-quality routine research execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Support development of research processes.
