Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Design Supervisor to lead piping design activities across FEED and EPC projects. You will supervise designers, provide technical direction, and ensure safe, cost-effective execution while meeting project milestones.

You will review P&IDs and vendor documents, coordinate interfaces with other disciplines, clients, and fabrication teams, and drive 3D model reviews to verify design deliverables.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Mechanical or Piping Engineering or equivalent
• 20+ years of piping design experience in EPC
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD and piping tools; fluent English; German/Dutch a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise piping designers and coordinate execution teams across projects
• Develop and monitor piping job execution plans and design criteria
• Review P&IDs, vendor docs, and interdisciplinary inputs for discrepancies
• Lead 3D model reviews and ensure deliverables meet project requirements
• Coordinate interfaces with engineering disciplines, clients, vendors, and fabrication teams
• Ensure designs comply with health, safety and environmental standards and project procedures
