Qualifications

  • This is a collaborative PhD project requiring an MSc in physics, optics, photonics, nanoscience, or related field.
  • Lab experience in optics or photonics is valued but not strictly required.
  • Interdisciplinary work across experimental and modelling tasks will be performed.

Responsibilities

  • Quantify energy-speed-accuracy trade-offs near phase transitions.
  • Characterize spectral/temporal response of a laser-driven optical cavity with a perovskite crystal.
  • Collaborate with AMOLF and Utrecht University groups and participate in teaching/training activities.
