You’ll conduct research within the Department of Educational Development and Research and contribute to shaping educational practices in health professions education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with academic research, including data collection and analysis.
• Experience in qualitative research is advantageous.
• Experience in health professions education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify enablers and barriers for coaching in work-based learning.
• Explore how young healthcare professionals engage with these factors.
• Develop directions for implementing effective coaching practices.
