Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) invites applications for a lecturer to manage the thesis trajectory within the MSc Strategic Entrepreneurship programme. You will guide student teams through empirical research, providing feedback and assessment across their deliverables and participation.

The role includes running clinic and plenary sessions, coordinating topics from topic choice to data analysis, and collaborating with the Academic Director to enhance teaching quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the thesis trajectory of a designated group of student teams within the MSc Strategic Entrepreneurship programme.
• Train, teach, provide feedback to students, and evaluate students on deliverables, participation, and progress throughout the thesis trajectory.
• Run recurring ‘clinic’ sessions where students present their work and receive peer and lecturer feedback.
• Schedule and prepare plenary sessions on thesis topics, theoretical framework, methods, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation/writing.
• Collaborate with the Academic Director and other department members; participate in teaching qualification development.
