Job summary

You will join the Rotterdam Kidney Lab at Erasmus MC to investigate genetic factors driving disease progression in hereditary cystic kidney disease, leveraging whole-genome sequencing and organoid models. You will work with nephrologists and researchers across Europe to translate findings into predictions and therapies.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Has an interest in translational biomedical research.
• Is analytical, accurate, and eager to learn.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and communicates effectively in English.
• Experience with genetics, bioinformatics, or laboratory research is an advantage, but motivation and curiosity are more important.
