Job summary

Organon, a global health care company, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Process Engineer for the Polymerics area in Oss, Netherlands. The role involves leading projects across production lines, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with GMP in a technologically advanced setting.

Responsibilities include setting up new equipment qualifications, validating processes and cleaning procedures, and driving improvements in production and packaging operations.

Qualifications

• HBO-level technical education in a relevant discipline.
• Proven ability to manage equipment qualifications, process and cleaning validations.
• Strong GMP, EHS, and Lean principles knowledge.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English, with teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, and procure new production equipment and perform qualifications.
• Introduce new products, materials, or components to production.
• Plan, execute, and report process and cleaning validations.
• Coordinate investigations to improve existing installations and processes.
• Lead or contribute to root-cause investigations of production deviations.

Education

HBO level in chemical technology / mechanical engineering or related field
