You will define end-to-end architectures, lead workshops with senior stakeholders, and drive compelling business cases tied to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Life Sciences industry/consulting.
• Proven track record in shaping large multi-year transformations.
• Deep AI/Agentic AI expertise in domain scope.
• Senior stakeholder engagement with C-suite credibility.
• Regulated environments and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Shape and co-own strategic pursuits with Sales and Account teams.
• Define end-to-end target architectures spanning business and tech.
• Lead client-facing visioning, roadmaps, and solution workshops.
• Articulate clear value propositions and business cases.
• Lead domain squads from Capgemini business lines in NCE LS Domain.
• Contribute to Capgemini's domain POV, offers, and GTM messaging.
• Partner with global domain leads to create reusable assets.
