Zusammenfassung

Talentmark, located in the Netherlands, seeks a Production Support Engineer to join a novel pharmaceutical production process. You will help ensure equipment reliability while driving process optimization and technical improvements in a continually evolving production environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate maintenance, support validation, and train operators. This role supports GMP-compliant production for a cancer-treatment product and offers growth in maintenance, reliability,

Qualifikationen

Approximately 4-6 years of relevant maintenance or engineering experience.
Experience with production equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
Knowledge of Maintenance Engineering and Root Cause Analysis.
A strong safety mindset and good command of English.
An interest in GMP and regulated production environments.
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an advantage.

Aufgaben

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analyses.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform inspections and calibrations.
Support equipment and process validation.
Prepare maintenance activities and planned shutdowns.
Improve equipment, processes and technical documentation.
Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering.
Support and train production operators.
