Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Leiden is seeking an entry-level Operations professional to support the Manufacturing Process Operations team in alignment with GMP standards. You will assist in routine admin tasks, document daily activities, and help meet production goals under supervision.

You will develop practical knowledge of standard work procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations unit at Leiden, progressing in a collaborative high-standards environment.

Qualifications

• English and Dutch language skills required at B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with GMP, regulatory compliance, and process documentation.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and standard work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team as an introductory contributor following standard outputs.
• Perform routine administrative tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Uphold professional standards, discretion, and independent judgment.
• Assist in achieving production objectives under direct supervision and maintain records.
• Gain hands-on knowledge of SOPs and GMP to ensure compliance.
• Document daily activities and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed.
• Adhere to standardized work and process flowcharts.

Essentiële functietaken en verantwoordelijkheden

Ondersteunt het team als een startende individuele bijdrager die taken uitvoert volgens een vastgestelde standaardoutput of reeks procedures. Biedt ondersteuning aan interne teams binnen Operations. Volgt routinematige administratieve processen om nauwkeurigheid, tijdige oplevering en kwaliteit van deliverables te waarborgen. Handhaaft hoge normen van professionaliteit, efficiëntie, persoonlijke communicatie, discretie en zelfstandig beoordelingsvermogen.

Specifieke taken en verantwoordelijkheden die dagelijks vereist zijn:

• Toont de Leadership Imperatives en het Credo van Johnson & Johnson.
• Dient de Code of Business Conduct, bedrijfsbeleid en toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving te begrijpen en na te leven.
• Voert gerelateerde werkzaamheden uit zoals toegewezen door de leidinggevende.
• Voert taken uit om productiedoelstellingen van de Operations-eenheid te behalen onder directe supervisie, en volgt administratieve processen om nauwkeurigheid, tijdigheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen.
• Ontwikkelt praktische kennis van standaard werkprocedures en Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) om naleving van interne en externe regelgeving en procedures te garanderen.
• Houdt zich aan standaard werkprocedures om taken en teambehoeften te ondersteunen met betrekking tot de verwerking van ingrediënten en/of farmaceutische (nieuwe) producten.
• Documenteert dagelijkse activiteiten en middelen en escaleert eventuele zorgen of problemen naar leidinggevenden om succesvolle bedrijfsresultaten te maximaliseren.
• Houdt zich aan gestandaardiseerd werk en standaard procesflowcharts.
• Registreert afwijkingen tussen de beoogde activiteitenstatus en de werkelijke status.
• Neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor eigen training en zorgt ervoor dat alle vereiste trainingen worden begrepen en tijdig worden afgerond.
• Leert methoden, oplossingen en procedures voor procesverbetering om veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, kosten en planning te verbeteren.

Minimale kwalificaties

• Een relevante MBO-2 opleiding met minimaal 18 maanden relevante ervaring, of een niet-relevante MBO-2 opleiding met minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring.
• Vereist is een B2-niveau in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Basisvaardigheden in MS Office en instapniveau voor bedrijfsapplicaties.
• Kwaliteitsgericht en nauwkeurig.
• Flexibel en positief ingesteld.
• In staat om in ploegendiensten te werken.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€35.000,00 - €53.360,00
