Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Leiden is seeking a Process Microbiologist to strengthen our Large Molecules operations. You will develop and improve contamination control strategies, hygiene programs and investigate microbiological events on the production floor.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in science with pharma production experience, and strong English communication. Dutch is a plus; the role offers on-site work in Leiden with opportunities to lead training and implement improvements across QA,

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in science, preferably microbiology or related.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production or processing.
• English communication skills required; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve contamination control strategies.
• Support contamination prevention programs and microbiological hygiene initiatives.
• Assist investigation of deviations and observations related to microbiology.
