Job summary

Basic Pharma in the Netherlands is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join its growing team. The role includes performing analytical work on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products per GMP and internal procedures, and assisting with method validation and reporting.

You will maintain training records, verify equipment status, and ensure tidy labs. The ideal candidate has an MBO qualification with 2+ years in pharma, experience with HPLC/FT-IR/UV-Vis/Rheology, and English and Office

Qualifications

• MBO with ≥2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• GMP experience is a plus.
• Basic command of the English language (spoken & written).
• Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) at an intermediate level.
• Complete a training program according to internal procedures.
• Experience with HPLC, FT-IR, UV-Vis, Rheology.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical work according to protocol on raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Execute analytical method validation under supervision and write study protocols/reports.
• Maintain training records, equipment status, and lab organization.
• Register and manage chemicals/reagents and analyze samples.
• Prepare samples for analysis and for external services; document results in lab journals.
• Retrieve and format raw data for reporting; draft CoA and reports.
