Eurofins in Leiden is looking for a Chemical Analyst to join the Quality Control team. You will execute and report on physical and chemical analyses of pharmaceutical raw materials following international guidelines. The role offers the opportunity to develop skills in various analytical techniques and contribute to process optimization.
Ideal candidates have a diploma in Analytical Chemistry and are motivated to learn, with some experience in lab tests. The position includes 25 vacation days and a pension scheme.
Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Leiden B.V., part of the globally operating Eurofins Scientific network, is a leading GMP‑certified contract laboratory serving the (bio)pharmaceutical industry. Based at the Leiden Bio Science Park, we provide a comprehensive range of microbiological, viral, chemical, and physical quality control testing for pharmaceutical raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. In addition to our standard test packages, we develop and validate product‑specific methods in close collaboration with our clients, and we also offer small‑scale manufacturing services.

You will be working in an enthusiastic QC team with both Dutch and English‑speaking colleagues. As a Chemical Analyst within the QC laboratory, you will be independently responsible for the execution and reporting of physical/chemical analyses of pharmaceutical raw materials. The tests are performed in accordance with international guidelines, such as EP, USP, BP, and JP.
