Jibe Ventures in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on paid acquisition specialist to own all aspects of our performance marketing, from strategy to measurement. You will manage Google Ads at scale and coordinate across channels, running structured tests while reporting clear recommendations to leadership.

You enjoy creative strategy, ad production, and data-driven decision making, with a strong focus on CRO, attribution, and AI-driven automation to handle repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Track record managing large Google Ads accounts at scale.
• Breadth across digital channels (paid social, organic, compounding effects).
• Interest in both creative strategy and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of performance marketing: strategy, implementation, optimisation, and analysis.
• Set channel strategy and manage budgets across digital channels with CAC:LTV focus.
• Run structured testing programmes across creative, bidding, audiences, and channel mix.
• Measure impact via cohort behaviour, GMV, contribution margin, and incrementality.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting ad creative and landing pages.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to sharpen campaign effectiveness.
• Report performance to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
