Job summary

Adfluent B.V. is seeking a Brand & Creative | Performance Creative leader to drive our paid media new customer acquisition through Meta and TikTok. You will guide the creative process, manage internal and external teams, and optimise outputs for scalable growth.

Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will own the creative strategy, write scripts/briefs, and format weekly performance reports. This role requires a fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset with strong storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven growth in KPIs across DTC paid media with strong creative output.
• Deep knowledge of performance creative on Meta & TikTok.
• Ability to translate product/brand data into high-performance creative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance creative strategy and execution across channels.
• Manage the creative process, meetings, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Conceptualise and deliver high-performing native creative concepts to hit CAC targets.
• Write clear briefs and ad copy for creators and internal teams.
