Job summary

DGTLbase in Amsterdam is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Creator who loves TikTok, Reels and short-form video. You’ll craft engaging formats, edit clips and help brands grow online with creative ideas, hooks and storytelling.

You’ll work with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and Photoshop, collaborate with our SEO & AI team, and enjoy flexible hours that fit your study schedule. The modern Amsterdam office awaits.

Qualifications

• Interest in content creation, social media and online marketing.
• Creative and actively follows online trends.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• Some basic experience with editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop).
• Independent, eager to learn and take initiative.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.

Are you always busy with TikTok, Reels and online content? Do you know exactly which videos stick on social media? Do you enjoy creating content, editing videos and developing creative ideas? And on top of that, do you want to learn how AI, content and online marketing come together within a modern marketing agency?

DGTLbase was launched in 2021 with the goal of providing clients with all aspects of performance marketing under one roof. We are a young online marketing agency where we work together every day on a wide range of projects and with different clients. What you will do

As a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you’ll work on the online visibility of DGTLBase and our clients. You’ll come up with creative content formats, create social content and actively think along about how brands can grow online.

• Creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Editing short-form videos for social media and online campaigns.
• Thinking along about hooks, storytelling, trends and creative formats.
• Supporting social media management and content planning.
• Developing creative content ideas for DGTLBase and our clients.
• Working with AI tools to make content processes smarter and more efficient.
• Collaborating with the SEO & AI team on content, branding and online visibility.
• Supporting photo shoots, video content and creative campaigns.
• Spotting trends and opportunities within social media and online marketing.

What we expect from you

• You’re interested in content creation, social media and online marketing.
• You’re creative and actively follow online trends.
• You have experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
• You have some basic experience with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop or similar editing software.
• You enjoy both coming up with content and creating it yourself.
• You’re independent, eager to learn and take initiative.
• You have a strong command of Dutch and English.

What does the application process look like?

If it turns out that you are as passionate about online performance as we are, we will invite you for an initial meeting. After the first interview you will receive feedback by phone. Depending on the position, a case is part of the procedure.
